He also has served in several administrative positions as Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences (09\/2018-05\/2019), Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences (09\/2014-08\/2018), and Head of the Department of Electronic Engineering (07\/2012-08\/2018).<br>He received the Diploma of Electrical Engineering and the PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece, in 1991 and 1996, respectively.<br>He has supervised or is currently supervising 8 PhD, 12 MSc, and more than 250 diploma theses.
